  Stopped in for a look, ordered a hot chocolate and the service was great, genuine lovely staff. Hot choc was devine also loved the almond cake! Bought a free goodies to get home, can't wait to try those and will be back from lunch next time I'm in Loch.

  Highly recommend! My family and I popped into The Rustic Cacao Factory today after some friends told us we "MUST" go. Wow! Delicious food, fantastic friendly staff who make you feel so welcomed and great variety of house made sauces and pickles (we came home with lots of yummy goodies) We will certainly be regular visitors and recommend to all our friends!! Ps, the cacao hot chocolate is a must try!!! Yum!!

  Diana was fantastic and looked after us so well. Atomic burger was amazing. All of us enjoyed all our food from the soup to the burgers. Thanks again for making ALs birthday so special. Best hot chocolate too!
